Thermal barcode label printer

Set the exact roll size, drop in your codes and send one label per page to a Zebra, Brother, Rollo or DYMO thermal printer. Use the offsets to correct any drift.

Print at 100% scale with “fit to page” switched off, then measure one label before running a full sheet. Bulk image files instead? Bulk generator.

Printing barcode labels that actually scan

Printing a barcode correctly is a layout problem as much as an encoding one. The symbol needs its full quiet zone, the page must print at exactly 100% scale, and the grid has to line up with the die-cut labels on the sheet.

This printer lays your codes onto standard Avery-compatible sheets or a continuous thermal roll, lets you start at any label so part-used sheets are not wasted, and offers X and Y calibration offsets for printers that drift a millimetre or two.

Frequently asked questions

Why do my printed barcodes fail to scan?

Almost always page scaling. Set scale to 100% (not 'Fit to page') in the print dialog, keep the quiet zone clear of text and borders, and print dark bars on a light background at 300 dpi or higher.

My labels print slightly off the die-cut. How do I fix it?

Use the X and Y offset calibration to shift the whole grid in millimetres. Print one test sheet on plain paper, hold it against a label sheet, and adjust until the grid lines up.

Can I start printing partway down a used sheet?

Yes. Set the starting label position and the first codes are placed from there, so the blank labels left on a part-used sheet are not wasted.

Can I save the layout as a PDF?

Yes. Download the print-ready PDF at the exact sheet dimensions, then send it to a print shop or open it later without re-entering the codes.
