Bulk barcode generation from CSV or Excel

Bulk generation turns a spreadsheet column into a folder of barcode files. Paste a list or upload a CSV or XLSX file, map the code and label columns, and every row is validated against the chosen symbology before anything is rendered.

Rows that fail validation are reported with the exact reason and can be exported as an error CSV, so a bad check digit or an over-length code is fixed at the source rather than discovered on a printed label.

Frequently asked questions

How many barcodes can I generate at once?

Batches of several thousand rows work fine. Everything is rendered in your browser, so the practical limit is your device's memory rather than a server quota.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV and Excel (XLSX). The first row is detected as a header, and you choose which column holds the code and which holds the optional label.

How are the generated files named?

You control the filename pattern using the {code}, {label}, {index} and {standard} placeholders, so the ZIP arrives ready for your label software.
