The short version

Every tool on BusinessTools.Online runs entirely in your browser. What you type into an invoice, payslip, or agreement never leaves your device. We don't require signup, we don't set advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share personal data — because we don't collect any beyond basic aggregate analytics.

Data entered into tools

Business names, client details, amounts, salary figures, contract terms — all of it stays on your device. Nothing is transmitted to our servers, and we have no way of seeing what you enter. When you download a PDF or DOCX, the file is generated locally by your browser.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count anonymous page views so we know which tools are useful. No individual visitors are identified or tracked across sessions. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar ad-tech.

Shareable draft links

Some legal tools offer a "share draft" link. The draft is encoded into the URL fragment (the part after #) which browsers never send to servers. Anyone with the link can decode the draft — treat the link like the contents of the draft.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Static files (including the site itself) are served by our hosting provider. These providers process standard access logs (IP, user agent) as part of serving the site; BusinessTools.Online does not receive or store this data.
